  • Instructions

    1. Remove desired amount of sea moss to prepare.
    2. Rinse thoroughly to remove sand and debris from the ocean. (Rinse with spring water)
    3. Soak sea moss in spring water for 6-24 hours. (Sea moss will expand 2-3 times its original size.)*
    4. Drain sea moss and add to blender. (Add fresh spring water, blend to your desired consistency.)

    *Soak with keylimes
